HUI Officials brings game schedules, official availability, assignments, responses, and game-day information together for local officiating associations. Start with your organization's sports, divisions, positions, and venues, then review the schedule before offering games.
- Review your games. Import CSV, Excel, or PDF schedules and confirm dates, times, fields, divisions, and required positions. Correct the draft before publishing.
- Build the crew. Review sport eligibility, availability, and overlapping assignments. Fill positions manually or use Auto Assign, then review the result.
- Publish and follow responses. Draft assignment edits stay quiet. Publish when ready and distinguish pending, accepted, and declined responses. A sent notification is not an acceptance.
- Handle the change. Fill an open position without rebuilding the game. Keep venue changes, postponements, crew details, and enabled financial records connected to the assignment.

Text alerts
Prepaid text alerts with no monthly subscription. Credits are shared across your HUI, with balance and low-credit alerts. One SMS segment sent to one recipient uses one credit; longer messages use more credits.
- Starter: 1,000 text credits for $30
- Season: 2,500 text credits for $65
- Large HUI: 5,000 text credits for $120
No automatic refill unless your HUI opts in. Email and in-app notifications remain included in every annual plan.
Payment services
Payment services will be a separate paid add-on, with processing and payout fees charged separately. Pay tracking and reports remain included. Payment services stay locked until your HUI purchases access and completes required setup. Pricing will be announced before launch.

How do we get started?
Create your HUI organization account, set up your profile and preferences, import your officials and schedule, and invite your team. You can also apply for a guided free season pilot; eligibility is reviewed before approval.
