Football officials software
Manage football assignments, crew positions, availability, acceptance, locations, schedule changes, and communication in one HUI.
From referee through clock and chain responsibilities, each position stays connected to the correct game and current crew.
Football coverage depends on more than filling a number. HUI keeps position requirements and official responses visible at the game level.

Know who accepted, who is pending, and where a replacement is needed.
Keep venue, kickoff time, notes, crew contacts, and schedule updates connected.
Football setup
A varsity crew and a younger division may use different positions. Configure the positions your association actually covers before importing the schedule, including clock or chain responsibilities where applicable. Do not assume a filled headcount means every required role is covered.
Review each candidate’s football eligibility, availability, and overlapping assignments. Keep position selection deliberate: being available for kickoff does not by itself establish that an official is appropriate for every crew role.
Demonstration scenario
Imagine kickoff moves later and one accepted official can no longer work. Review the new game details and the affected position, then select a replacement whose availability and other assignments fit the updated time. Publish the replacement and check that official’s response.
Keep unaffected crew members attached to the game. Check meaningful change notifications for accepted assignees and investigate delivery failures. A postponed game retains its assignments; postponement should not be used as a shortcut for deleting the crew.
